Our aim is to complete all references within 24 hours, if not the same day. We will guide you on the documentation required for your specific application.

Absolutely! We offer same day move ins on our properties and can even have it furnished with essential items if you need them so you can turn up with just your suitcase.

We understand that some applicants will not be able to obtain a UK homeowner guarantor so we offer alternatives on all of our tenancies to make sure this doesn’t hinder your application.

All of our tenancy terms are negotiable so we should be able to find a solution to suit your needs.

Pets are allowed in most buildings within the city centre but the applicant must declare this to us in advance in order for us to obtain approval from the landlord.

Deposits are equivalent to 5 weeks’ rent and are fully refundable to you after vacation (subject to the property being left in a good condition in line with the inventory prepared when you moved in). Most agencies offer a 30 day turnaround period for you to get your money back but Tick aim to refund deposits within 48 hours and we have a 0% deposit dispute ratio with the DPS. 

We can offer in person viewings, live video calls and we also offer video walk throughs that can be sent to you. Whether you are living locally or are based elsewhere in the world our viewing process is tailored to you at a time that suits you.

We inspect our properties every 6 months. This is to ensure that the property is maintained to the best standard possible for your stay with us. Any maintenance reported is actioned the same day and completed by our maintenance team within 48 hours.

You won’t need to come to our office to sign your paperwork and collect keys. Your tenancy is signed online and we meet you at the property at a time suitable for you to check you in. We also show you around the property ensuring you know how to work all appliances, heating etc.

We will always do our utmost to ensure that moving and payment dates work in line with your income so subject to landlord approval we can amend your tenancy in line with your preferred date. 

All of our properties are in central locations, however, buildings are hand-picked offering double glazing or secondary glazing to give you complete piece of mind that you can live, work and play in a city centre building without disruption when you need some peace and quiet.
