1. Christmas Markets

2. Alpine Village at Liverpool One
A giant Christmas tree? Yes! Private Beer Huttes with karaoke for you and your pals? You got it! The Alpine Village at Liverpool One is a winter wonderland you’ve got to see to believe. You can celebrate with your nearest and dearest and finish off your last-minute shopping all in the same day. What’s not to love?
3. Enchanted at Knowsley Safari Park
If you’re tired of the hustle and bustle that Christmas can bring to a city centre, you might prefer to travel out to Knowsley Safari Park to visit Enchanted , a truly magical light experience. You’ll take the foot safari after dark for a mesmerising display of animal and forest lights, marshmallow toasting and letter writing to Santa. This is one not to be missed!
4. The Luna Winter Cinema at St George’s Hall
Returning to the Hall following last year’s success, the Luna Cinema gives film-lovers the opportunity to watch their festive favourites in the most beautiful of surroundings, where you can relax and unwind with mulled wine, mince pies and twinkly lights.
5. Panto
Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without a panto, and this year there are plenty of shows on across the Liverpool City Region, from Goldilocks and the Three Bears to the story of little Red Riding Hood . You’ll be foot-tapping, singing and clapping along with your little ones from the moment the curtain lifts. Oh yes you will!
